Fab locality to wist lots of surrounding villages. Great walk from here to Whitby.

Clean and comfortable little house in a beautiful location. The river, viaduct, trains, ducks and paddle boarders all outside the door.
Good communication with the owners.
Plenty of lovely places to visit locally in Ruswarp and Whitby or further afield on the beaches or Moors.
I'd recommend Whitby Lemon buns from Bothams bakery, a day out in Staithes, fossil hunting and some time to explore the moorland villages.
